Our friendly customer service team are more than happy to help you choose the right products, and can often send samples for you to try before you buy!

However, as per Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a refund, exchange or credit for items purchased directly from us under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is faulty.
  • The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.
  • The product is not fit for the purpose you made known to us before we supplied it to you.
