Shipping is FREE on orders over $50, or is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 for orders less than $50.
All orders are shipped from our Head Office in the Adelaide foothills. You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been placed, and a second email when your order has been completed and dispatched by our warehouse.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days, and expect items to be delivered in 2-4 business days for metro areas, and 5-7 business days for regional areas.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Friday).

DELIVERY NOTES & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
If you have any specific instructions about your delivery, please provide them when checking out.
Due to the current climate, many delivery partners aim to provide contactless delivery, and so a signature may not be required when delivering your order.
Please select whether you give Authority To Leave (ATL) your delivery in a safe space. If you select no, your order will be taken back to a post office or local deliver depot and you will be required to collect it.
Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within Australia.
If you are based overseas and interested in purchasing some DN, contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with the products you’d like to order and your delivery address, and we will get back to you with a shipping cost via a direct courier.
